Faculty who lead the Center conduct a wide range of after-school, half-day and full-day in-service professional development programs and provide consultation to local, national and international schools.

Dr. Berkowitz and Dr. Althof, as well as many other members of the CCC Community of Scholars have worked intensively with several schools, districts, and Departments of Education to maximize the impact of the school experience on student development and learning. These include 25 National Schools/Districts of Character in Missouri, Wisconsin, Texas and Ohio as well as the Ministry of Education in Ontario Canada and many schools in Switzerland and Germany.
