Association for Moral Education Conference

The 40th Annual Association for Moral Education Conference will be held November 6-8, 2014, in Pasadena, California. The conference theme is “Thriving Individuals/Thriving Communities: Moral Education and Human Flourishing.” Plenary sessions and invited symposia will address explicitly the conference theme although individuals may also address the study and practice of moral education more generally. Register now.

To assist graduate and postdoctoral students who otherwise would be unable to attend, the Association for Moral Education (AME) will award a number of grants for graduate student and postdoctoral presenters, to a maximum value of $1,000 each, to be spent on attendance and participation at the 2014 conference. Early bird registrations are due by August 31, 2014.

Dr. Wolfgang Althof, Co-Director of the Center for Character and Citizenship, is the current AME President.
