PRIMED is a model based on 6 fundamental pillars to improve the social emotional education strategies of an educational institution. It starts with a training program focused on the creation of a high-impact, scalable and profitable intervention for school principals, directors and management teams.

It is a research based model created by Dr. Marvin W. Berkowitz – Professor Berkowitz is recognized for his work and research in character formation for over 40 years and is Co-Director of the Center for Character and Citizenship at the University of Missouri St. Louis (USA).

Educators will receive 40 hours of in-person training and 10 months of support to each school team, in order to learn and apply the PRIMED model for Character education in their schools.

PRIMED is based on six principles:

  • Prioritization
  • Relationships
  • Intrinsic motivation
  • Modeling
  • Empowerment
