The Leadership Academy in Character Education is an award winning, complex and comprehensive year-long professional development experience for school leaders.
Since 1998, LACE and the Leadership Academy in Character Education programs have helped school leaders develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to create, implement and evaluate programs and processes that make their schools true learning communities in which character education is a vital part of the curriculum and culture. LACE is supported by the Sanford N. McDonnell Endowed Chair in Character Education.

The PRIMED Institute in Character Education is a five day immersion experience in character education for teams of school leaders.
CEEL℠, Character Education for Educational Leaders educational services incorporate servant leadership into character education for K-12 school leaders.
CEEL is supported by the Kern Family Foundation and the John Templeton Foundation.
